Every teacher completes a criminal background check and identity verification before they are approved to teach a single class.

Parents can request session recording for any class. Teachers know sessions may be reviewed at any time.

The teacher your child meets in the trial class is the same teacher who continues teaching them — no unannounced substitutions.

Any concern about a teacher or a session can be raised directly with our team, and is reviewed within 24 hours.

Private, Controlled Access

Classes happen on a single, controlled platform. No outside messaging apps or personal contact between teacher and child is permitted.

Parents are welcome to sit in on any class at any time, without needing to ask permission in advance.

Our commitment to every family

  1. We will never place a teacher who has not completed a background check and an English fluency interview.
  2. We will always disclose this policy before enrollment, not after a parent asks for it.
  3. We will investigate any safety concern within 24 hours and inform the parent of the outcome.
  4. We will never allow communication between a teacher and child outside of our monitored platform.
  5. We will update this policy publicly whenever our safeguarding practices change.
